The Style Dispensary is a creative studio specialising in event management and styling, floral design, and creative direction.
Founded by Melanie Barone, the studio was born from a love of design and a belief in the emotional power of atmosphere, of how thoughtful styling can shape how people feel within a space.
With a background in corporate events for one of Australia’s largest financial institutions her experience on a national and international scale through sponsorships and events brings a unique combination of business acumen and a design led aesthetic.
As a studio our approach blends design intuition with artistry crafting moments that are both beautiful and deeply felt. Each concept is grounded in balance, movement and tone, brought to life through florals, styled details, entertainment and experiences.
From corporate events, private celebrations through to large-scale brand activations and hospitality styling our work is guided by emotion, detail and connection.

Our newest venture, STEMS by The Style Dispensary, brings the styling philosophy of The Style Dispensary into everyday life through luxury silk florals designed to last, to elevate and to bloom endlessly.
